The Mishler Story
In 1948, Homer Mishler and his son Paul established a butchering and meat processing business that continues to serve both private and commercial customers to this present day.
In the early 1960's, Paul’s innovative spirit was the driving force behind the creation of the Mishler Pork Burger Pattie. It proved to be an immediate success!
Sales of this ever-popular product continues to grow annually, proving that Paul’s original recipe has stood the test of time. Our annual 2015 Customer Appreciation Sale resulted in pre-paid sales of 30 1/2 tons during the two day event. Many groups and organizations are benefiting from successful repeat sales of Pork Burger Patties at their fundraising events. Originally only available within Indiana, our patties are now a USDA product and availability is rapidly expanding.
